Whats an Uphouse?
Introducing Uphouse - A great way to build your Granny Flat or Air BnB. Our pre-built homes simplify the way we think about building. Whether you're looking to extend your existing home, or add a secondary dwelling like a Granny Flat or Studio, Uphouse has the solution for you. You can choose from one of our many pre-designed floor plans, or design something yourself. Our prebuilt sections are 4.4 m wide and can be delivered with either a Skillion roof or a traditional pitched roof. The building sections can be arranged in a variety of ways to create a layout of your choice and can be linked by a number of standard deck and roof combinations. Interiors and exteriors can be customised with a growing list of interior and exterior cladding materials and finishes.
Pre built
Using our patented system, our homes can be completely pre-built in our factory before being delivered. This meansfast construction times and less disruption to you and your family.
Locally made
Our construction arm Polyform Construction P/L is a 100% locally owned business that has been building in South-East Queensland for the last 12 years. We prebuild every element of our homes from the steel Frame right through to the finished home in our dedicated factory facility located in Stapylton. We take great pride in the quality work we do. Due to our Pre - Built construction methods we are able to control our manufacturing processes and in turn our quality, ensuring all our buildings are made to exacting tolerances. This attention to detail means an overall reduction in building waste and environmental impact.
Delivery
A streamlined design process, reduced waste, efficient manufacturing and construction processes are combined in our system to deliver you an affordable high quality home in next to no time. Our homes are typically delivered in under 12 weeks from approval.

Once you've confirmed your building specification and delivery method we conduct a site assessment and provide you with a final installed cost,..
Once building and site specifics have been confirmed, construction can begin. Typically most buildings can be delivered within eight to twelve weeks once the contract has been signed.
Our licensed construction company Polyform Construction P/L will manage the manufacture, delivery and installation of your new home.
